Is Tola Pay really free?
Yes, while we're in beta. Every feature is included, with no limit on customers, plans or usage events. You only pay your payment providers' own fees.
Which fees do I pay?
Khalti, eSewa, Stripe and your bank charge their standard fees on the payments they process, under your own merchant accounts. Tola Pay adds nothing on top during the beta.
What happens after the beta?
Paid plans arrive after the beta. Workspaces created during the beta keep a discount.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Create a workspace with your email and mobile number, try everything in test mode, and switch to live when you're ready.
What does the Scale plan add?
Help for larger teams: high event volume, custom invoice templates and numbering, onboarding and priority support, and a security review with an SLA. Email us and we'll work out the details.
